Job Description

Lead and manage litigation cases with minimal oversight Handle complex matters, including construction defect, product liability, and tort litigation Engage in trial preparation, depositions, and courtroom appearances Collaborate closely with clients and team members to achieve favorable outcomes Maintain a consistent case load with no minimum billable hour requirement

Qualifications

Licensed to practice law in Colorado 4+ years of litigation experience, ideally in insurance defense, construction, personal injury, or general commercial litigation Trial and deposition experience required Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently
