Job Description Handle California wage-hour class action claims and PAGA cases. Manage cases from start to finish, including drafting and responding to discovery, initial pleadings, and motions. Take and defend depositions. Collaborate with a team and work independently on fast-paced projects. Opportunity to grow under the mentorship of experienced partners. Qualifications 3+ years of employment litigation experience Strong experience in wage and hour litigation, including class/collective actions. Admitted to practice in California. Excellent academic credentials, strong writing, and analytical skills. Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
