Responsibilities: + Represent clients in all stages of general litigation processes in both state and federal courts. + Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents including pleadings, motions, and briefs. + Perform comprehensive legal research and due diligence to support case preparation. + Develop litigation strategies, and effectively communicate with clients and opposing counsels. + Attend court proceedings, mediations, depositions, and trials. + Ensure regulatory compliance and stay abreast of current industry changes. Requirements Qualifications: + Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. + Active member in good standing of the California State Bar. + 3-5 years of experience as a Litigation Attorney. + Proficient in legal research tools and litigation software. + Excellent legal writing, negotiation, and communication skills. + Capability to work effectively in a hybrid working structure.
