Description Reputable Napa County firm is seeking a Litigation Attorney. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, focusing on areas such as business, environmental, and real property litigation. This role is crucial in maintaining their high standards of legal representation and service. Responsibilities: • Analyze a multitude of documents including pleadings and client communications to provide relevant legal insights. • Handle high-volume workload, effectively prioritizing tasks to ensure efficient operation. • Collaborate cross-functionally with partners from all areas of the firm, contributing to a cohesive working environment. • Exhibit excellent customer service skills, addressing both internal and external customer inquiries and concerns. • Utilize your strong organizational skills and attention to detail to maintain accurate client records. • Independently manage tasks, demonstrating self-motivation and the ability to multi-task. • Utilize your excellent written and verbal communication skills to articulate complex legal concepts clearly. • Leverage your litigation experience in handling business, environmental, and real property cases. • Engage in commercial litigation and argue motions as necessary. • Use Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, iManage) proficiently to manage tasks and communicate effectively.
