Job Description:

Provide comprehensive legal services in litigation matters.​ Collaborate closely with clients to understand and address their legal needs.​ Lead client consultations and meetings effectively. Communicate proficiently and engage in constructive conflict resolution.​ Work proactively within a dynamic team setting.​ Offer innovative solutions and delegate tasks appropriately.​ Mentor and support junior legal staff.​

Qualifications:

Active Montana State Bar License. Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience. Experience with professional licensing matters (does not have to be in Montana). Experience litigating against the Department of Labor (preferred). Ability to defend licensees in administrative and litigation proceedings. Strong understanding of licensing regulations and compliance requirements. Demonstrated leadership and mentoring abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proactive and adaptable mindset.
