Job Title: Litigation Associate (Business)
Job Location:  Los Angeles, CA
Salary: $180,000-$220,000 (Base) | $200,000-$250,00 (Total Comp)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Expected to work in office upon hire, hybrid schedule once trust is built.

Handle variety of commercial cases including: contract disputes, fraud, employment defense, real estate disputes, easement disputes

Pleadings, Discoveries, Motions, Arbitration, Mediation, and Trials

QUALIFICATIONS:

J.D. from Accredited Law SchoolBarred in CA3+ years of Commercial Litigation experienceNice to have:Experience with employment defense, securities litigation, or real estate litigation
