We are committed to providing top-tier legal services and securing successful outcomes for our clients. **Key Responsibilities:** + **Case Management:** Manage all phases of litigation involving personal injury and transportation defense cases, including initial case evaluation, discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation. + **Depositions:** Conduct precise and strategic depositions of parties, witnesses, and experts, particularly in the areas of personal injury and transportation defense. + **Trial Work:** Actively participate in trials, presenting cases in court, cross-examining witnesses, and delivering opening and closing arguments, with a focus on personal injury and transportation defense. + **Client Interaction:** Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering regular updates and strategic advice throughout the litigation process, particularly in personal injury and transportation defense matters. + **Legal Research and Writing:** Draft and respond to legal motions, prepare briefs, and conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies in personal injury and transportation defense cases. + **Collaboration:** Work closely with senior attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to ensure efficient and effective management of personal injury and transportation defense cases. + **Strategic Planning:** Develop and implement tailored litigation strategies to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients, especially in personal injury and transportation defense. **Qualifications:** + Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. + Active license to practice law in the State of Texas. + 2-10 years of litigation experience, with a focus on personal injury and transportation defense, particularly within insurance defense litigation. + Strong knowledge of Texas civil procedure and substantive law. + Excellent oral and written communication skills. + Proven ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and perform well under pressure. + Experience with depositions, trials, and full case management from inception to completion in personal injury and transportation defense cases. + High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
