Litigation & Bankruptcy Specialist, Small Ticket
Our Client, a Financial Solutions company, is looking for Litigation & Bankruptcy Specialist in Des Moines, IA location. Responsibilities: + As a Litigation & Bankruptcy Specialist, you will be responsible for the management of a portfolio of classified relationships which includes: the reduction of non-performing assets, including development and implementation of collection strategies and appropriate recognition of write-off; the prevention of write-off whenever possible, repossession or preservation of collateral, and the prevention of any action of merit taken against client as a result of his/her actions. + Identify and develop strategies for the resolution of trouble accounts. + Protect client assets under various circumstances. + Arrange for repossession of equipment in accordance with external laws and codes and internal policy and procedures. + Assign, monitor and follow accounts placed with various collection agencies + Development and management of legal collection strategy and individual accounts + Review and process legal invoices and any other related invoices/expenses associated with litigation. + Monitor and Manage Functional Inbox’s + Other Duties as assigned.
