Our Litigation Case Management Team is looking for an experienced, hardworking legal team member to support our Lilly Legal organization. Can you work independently and be a self starter? Bring your talents to Lilly and make an impact today!Litigation Case ManagementProvide legal support for all litigation and investigations, including onsite legal support during any litigation trials.Establish, manage, and implement LCMT protocols, processes, and procedures, incorporating evolving litigation best practices in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations and internal policies.Support implementation of litigation support tools.Ensure appropriate LCMT tracking of matter budgets and invoice review.CollaborationAttend Legal, LCMT, and matter specific team meetings regularly and contribute actively in making recommendations and decisions regarding proposed case activities and plans.In collaboration with Lilly counsel, external counsel and the Lilly e-discovery team, engage in the development and implementation of case strategy and discovery plans incorporating Lilly’s internal discovery processes and ensuring compliance and consistency with production of data across Lilly functions, teams and systems.Share lessons learned from case management in forums such as BULT (Business Unit Legal Team), Patent Litigation and LCMT meetings.Develop relationships with personnel across Lilly Legal and in other Lilly functional areas (i.e., marketing, medical, regulatory, compliance, quality etc.) and establish trust and credibility to effectively influence the implementation of effective case management.Support cross-team projects and efforts.Basic Requirements:Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 3 years litigation paralegal experience.Or High School diploma/GED and 7 years of relevant litigation paralegal experience.Qualified applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
