The Orlando Office of Kubicki Draper is looking for an Insurance Defense Litigation Paralegal with 3+ years of experience, preferably in the areas of bodily injury and/or general liability. Requirements Qualifications: + Prior experience in insurance defense litigation, bodily injury and/or general liability, preferred + Prior experience in reviewing and summarizing medical records and bills, preferred + Excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as strong organizational skills needed + Working knowledge of Florida Court procedures preferred Essential Duties & Responsibilities: + Summarize medical records, bills and supporting documents, as well as create medical chronologies and bill summaries + Communicate with clients, carriers, and counsel effectively in a team environment + Competent in the use of Word, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Adobe & Excel + Must be task orientated.
