Job Description: We are currently seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Commercial Litigation Paralegal to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be experienced in managing a diverse case load and adept in all areas of trial preparation and case management. Responsibilities: + E-filing in state and federal courts. + Calendaring and monitoring deadlines. + Preparing discovery requests and pleadings. + Managing e-discovery and case maintenance using imanage + Coordinating document production. + Serving as a point of contact for relevant parties. + Drafting correspondence to clients, opposing counsel, and co-counsel. + Trial preparation and scheduling of case-related events. Requirements + Proven experience as a commercial litigation paralegal 3-5 years+ + experience with e-discovery software (this is a must) + Exceptional writing skills. + Excellent verbal communication skills. + Ability to work independently and collaboratively. + Professional demeanor. + Quick learner and self-starter.
