Our client, a top national law firm, is seeking a Litigation Paralegal with at three years of law firm experience for a newly created, permanent position in their Atlanta office. You will join a friendly and collaborative team and work on an interesting variety of cases here.

Responsibilities include:

Conducting legal researchManaging calendars and deadlinesAssisting with discovery processesPreparing deposition and trial materials and summaries, including notebooksDrafting and organizing various legal documents, summarize transcriptsCreating and maintaining case chronologiesReviewing documents and evidenceE-filing with courts

Qualifications:

Minimum of three years of litigation paralegal experienceUndergraduate degreeExcellent organizational and communication skillsAbility to prioritize, manage critical deadlines, and multitask effectivelyProficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with litigation support software
