Job Description

Cintas is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to assist the Cintas Litigation Group in all aspects of managing the defense of auto and general liability claims, as well as commercial litigation, including: performing claim intake processes; research and information/document gathering; issuing and managing legal holds; managing litigation calendars; utilizing multiple software platforms and other tools to organize, index, and oversee maintenance of case file documents; acting as a liaison within the organization to facilitate efficient workflow in legal matters or projects and preparing reports; assisting with subpoena responses; managing document review; effectively communicating and interacting with adversaries, business partners, third-party administrators, and in-house and outside counsel to exchange information and documentation relative to the litigation process. 

Skills/Qualifications

Required

High school diploma/GED required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred Minimum 2 years of experience as a paralegal or as a legal assistant, preferred Experience with project management, preferred Excellent written and oral communication skills Ability to keep all confidential matters concerning affairs of Cintas and the department in full confidence High level of proficiency with technology, including Microsoft Office Suite applications, Adobe Acrobat, Litigation Support Applications, Electronic Docketing Applications, PACER, Electronic Filing, and other internet research tools Ability to communicate effectively with management and field employees Excellent organizational skills, including ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple tasks Self-disciplined and highly organized
