Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a Litigation Paralegal in Oklahoma City for a large full-service law firm. The ideal candidate will have prior trial experience and a minimum of five years' of experience. This opportunity is direct hire, full time, and fully on-site.

Primary Responsibilities:

Compile, prepare, and summarize relevant materials for discoveryAssist with court filings, including cite and fact-checking legal briefs, cross-referencing, confirming proper Bluebook citation, proofreading, and assembling exhibits and appendicesReview documents for relevance and privilege according to established guidelinesTrack and control document discovery, including documents produced and receivedIndex, track, and control exhibits and other materials at depositions and trialsCoordinate trial set-up and logistics, liaising with internal departments and outside vendorsSummarize depositions and other transcriptsWork closely with attorneys and clients during all phases of litigationSupport attorneys during trial, including creating demonstratives and providing courtroom presentation/support

Qualifications:

BA or BS degree preferredAssociate's degree or Paralegal Certificate with a minimum of five years of comparable work experience requiredAbility to adapt to change and balance competing demandsAbility to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environmentAbility to work independently and take initiativeWorking knowledge of office accounting methods and techniques, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and the ability to learn other programsProven ability to conduct independent researchPrepare and understand financial accounts and other financial and statistical reportsAbility to understand tax forms, including federal tax returns and schedules
