Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a contract Litigation Paralegal for our client, a national litigation firm. This position is 100% in-office.

The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in insurance defense litigation, with trial experience being a significant advantage. Responsibilities include drafting both routine and complex legal documents for attorneys to review, as well as reviewing, organizing, and summarizing reports and other case materials.

Specific duties encompass drafting pleadings, subpoenas, discovery requests and responses, correspondence, interrogatories and answers, and other legal documents. Additionally, the candidate will conduct legal research and investigations as needed, assist in deposition preparation, pre-trial investigations, and trial preparation. This includes helping to prepare witnesses for depositions and/or trials, and creating exhibits and other demonstrative evidence for use during trial.

Assistance at trial is also required. Candidates must possess over 5 years of experience, and a background in first-party property and subrogation is preferred. Familiarity with the Federal Court CM/ECF system and filings is essential.
