Beacon Hill Legal is currently seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join a fast-paced and dynamic litigation team. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a prestigious Philadelphia law firm known for its strong reputation and high-profile cases.

Responsibilities and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive and multifaceted litigation support, assisting a team of attorneys in handling complex, high-stakes cases. Collaboration with other legal support staff will also be integral to this role.Candidates should have prior experience as a litigation paralegal or legal assistant, with a solid understanding of the demands of a busy litigation practice.Responsibilities include assisting with trial preparation, such as organizing binders, preparing exhibits, and managing presentations.A working knowledge of Federal, State, and Local laws is required.Occasional office assistant duties may be needed as part of the role.Strong oral and written communication skills, along with exceptional attention to detail, are essential.Experience with e-filing in the PA, NJ, and NY court systems is required.Proficiency in document management systems, billing systems, and Microsoft Office Suite is a must.
