Litigation Paralegal

Beacon Hill Legal is working with a great law firm with offices in Philadelphia, PA and Wilmington,DE who are looking for an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support their busy practice.

Main responsibilties will include, but not limited to:

Bluebook, cite-check, and proofread legal documents to ensure proper formatting and compliance with local and federal court rulesSchedule expert phone conferences and evaluationsOrganize client documents and coordinate document productionsAssemble and collate medical record binders, exhibits, and legal documentsPrepare and schedule deposition proceedings including retention of court reporters, preparation of witness files, digesting transcripts and maintaining original documentationPrepare summons and complaints, answers to interrogatories, fact sheets, exhibit lists, subpoenas, deposition summaries, and supporting materials for filing with the courtPrepare trial exhibits notebooksTranscribe deposition consultations with exper

Ideal Candidate will come with 2+ years of experience working as a litigation paralegal on Medical Malpractice matters - trial experience is a plus. Will be highly proficient in Westlaw, LexisNexis, PACER, and various search engines. Must be professional, adaptable, and have exceptional attention to detail.
