About the position:
We are looking for an experienced paralegal to support our attorneys with litigation. You will:
* Assist with discovery, including collecting, reviewing, and preparing documents for production.
* Assist with legal filings and service.
* Assist with case planning and strategy.
* Maintain litigation files per requirements.
* Schedule meetings, maintain calendars, and track the status of litigation.
About the position:

About you:
* Five or more years of experience supporting litigation.
* Experience managing discovery.
* Strong organizational, documentation, time management, and interpersonal skills.
It would be great if you had:
* Paralegal certification.
* Litigation experience with product liability cases.
* A degree in a business or law-related field.
* Notary public license.
About the schedule:
This position is based in our corporate office location in Greene, NY. This position may be eligible for a hybrid work schedule upon completion of the orientation process.
About the total compensation package:
Wage - $28.62 - $36.69 per hour. Compensation depends on the selected candidate’s education and experience.
Relocation – This position may qualify for relocation.
