Responsibilities Offer courteous and personalized service to our vast clientele by communicating with them via chat, email, ticketing system or telephoneProcess requests for product returns, price matches, warranties, etc.Follow up on orders and any research related to themFollow up with our warehouse, marketing, or product content teams as neededRemain vigilant in the face of potential fraudManage several tasks at once Qualifications Ability to promote excellence in customer serviceMust be willing to travel to and work from one of our many store-front locationsExperience in Live Chat, Zendesk, Shopify is an asset Bi-lingual English French is an assetRetail experience is an asset Why The Brick?
