You’ll supervise our staff and ensure projects are delivered on time If you are organized, able to work well under pressure and have experience in this field, we’d like to meet you. Requirements + The Live in Super must have a Black Seal: Low Pressure License + Fire Safety Management License + Over 5 Years of experience as a “Live in Super” for High Rise Buildings . + Experienced in heavy plumbing , cooling systems , managing cooling tower seasonal and must be mechanically inclined to operate water pump shut off system .
