BASIC RESPONSIBILITIES:

Preparing company farm and grower payroll weeklyDaily, weekly and monthly production reporting using SAPCommunication between department manager, service techs, farms, internal and external customersRecord keeping and filing of confidential materialsAssist with scheduling and coordinating chick deliveriesMaintain farmer/grower information and update as neededMaintain monthly and annual placement schedulesOther duties as assigned

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

1-2 years related experienceMust have strong computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher)Experience in SAP is preferredMust be able to multi task and work in a fast paced environmentMust have excellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenMust be able to work with little or no supervision and make decisions when necessaryMust be organized and detail mindedMust have customer service skillsConfidentiality a must

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: 2 years of college preferred
