Summary
Position Highlights:
The Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator is a dedicated and self-motivated technology expert responsible for day-to-day technical and operational administration of Moffitt’s proprietary Learning Management System. This role is the primary contact for LMS support for team members across the Moffitt organization. The LMS Administrator will partner with the HRIS and IT teams, and internal and external content providers to ensure content and system functionalities are leveraged effectively and ensure data accuracy and integrity. This position is a hybrid role that works remotely and in person, as duties require.
The Ideal Candidate:
The successful candidate will be highly technology-literate with the ability to quickly & independently learn new software and applications. An exceptional communicator with customer service skills and the ability to work with stakeholders and internal customers at all levels of the organization. Possesses intermediate to advanced skills in navigating and maintaining an LMS. Proficient computer skills relevant to Outlook, Word, Excel & Powerpoint. Relevant experience in a healthcare or research environment.
Responsibilities:
The LMS Administrator is the primary contact for LMS support for team members across the organization. Responsible for day-to-day technical and operational administration of Moffitt’s proprietary Learning Management System. Partner with the HRIS and IT Teams, and internal & external content providers to ensure content and system functionalities are leveraged effectively and ensure data accuracy & integrity. Serves as a Subject Matter Expert on Learning Management Systems. Provides Instructional Design Support
Credentials and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree – field of study: IT, Business, Education in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree, Associates degree with an additional two (2) years’ experience will be considered Minimum three (3) years’ experience as an LMS Administrator with Learning Management Systems. Preferred Experience: Experience working with SCORM Cloud Experience with eLearning authoring tools, ex. Adobe Captivate & Articulate Storyline Experience with video editing Experience with instructional design. Experience with WorkDay. Relevant experience in a healthcare or research environment is a plus.
