The uLearn squad (who manages the Thales Group Learning Management System tool “Cornerstone”) needs an Application engineer who will ensure evolutions & integrity of the application inheritance, will provide technical support to the end & Key users.
Mission:

Provide Technical Support: assist end or key users by addressing technical issues via various channels Like Atlassian (Jira) or ServiceNow (Kiss). Issue troubleshooting, answer queries, and user guidance.Provides expert advice on the application choicesParticipate to functional and technical choices, integration and roll out of solutionsCapitalize knowledge in the knowledge base: Maintain team knowledge & related documentationAgile methodology: Based on scrum, during the sprints review, collaborate with other team members to ensure they fully comprehend the business needs, assess progress, gather feedback, and make necessary adjustments.Driving Change: change management by educating users, creating tutorials, and communicating application updates.IT Solution:

A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or other related degree, or equivalent directly related experience.A minimum of five years technical (IT) exposure/experience in the management of services or applicationsSupport experience and the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical audiencesExperience in Learning Management System / HR system management HTML and javascript programmingExperience in establishing new processes and procedures as well as following those already in place and always looking for improvements.
