THE ROLE
Femme It Forward, a Live Nation joint venture, is looking for an Executive Assistant. This role will support the President & CEO of Femme It Forward and assist with administrative, booking, and creative support needs of the company.
Responsibilities include special project assistance and general administrative support for the President & CEO such as, coordinating meetings, scheduling conference calls, handling expense reports, and general booking support. This role will Interface and work with various internal departments and external partners.
The position is based in the Beverly Hills office and will play a critical role in the future growth and success of the company. The successful candidate will be a hands-on, highly motivated individual who functions with confidence and expertise in a fast-paced and rapidly changing business environment. This is a full time (40 hours per week), temp to hire position. The temporary period will last for three months. At the end of the three months, full-time employment may be offered.
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
Support President & CEO with administrative tasks, scheduling meetings, updating & managing calendars, and handling correspondence while maintaining confidentiality.Arrange travel, including transportation, accommodations, and any special needs.Track and file expenses, and prepare and submit expense reports promptly.Assist in booking events.Draft artist offers for manager review, using internal booking programs (e.g., ROME, Box & Ticketmaster) to create offers, obtain ticket counts, and confirmation memos.Coordinate with talent, agents, and managers to facilitate event confirmation.Build a calendar of monthly shows and local events.Manage internal documentation using booking systems, calendars, ticketing schedules and important information.Organize and catalog event show files.Place ticket buys and orders.Assist with special projects requiring follow-up and deadline adherence.Provide account management and on-site event activation support.Perform creative and marketing support duties for daily operations.Facilitate the creation company assets, including pitch decks, artist one sheets, event/artist decks, quarterly newsletters, and case studies.Stay updated with the latest trends in music, marketing, artists, and brands.Assist with managing the execution of the social media editorial calendar.Support community development and engagement across social media platformsPrepare and distribute team meeting agendas and notes.Handle other special projects as assigned by management.WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING

The expected compensation for this position is:
$20.90 USD - $26.12 USD Hourly** Pay is based on a number of factors including market location, qualifications, skills, and experience.
