THE JOB
The LN Concerts L&D Training Specialist is all about supporting impactful training initiatives that align with our strategic goals and foster team success. You’ll coordinate and deliver engaging training programs, facilitate smooth onboarding experiences, and ensure consistent training processes across the Concerts division. With a focus on collaboration, organization, and learner engagement, you’ll play a key role in supporting training initiatives, project management and driving a growth-mindset.
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
Assist in aligning training efforts with the organization’s objectives, metrics, and strategic plans to ensure training support and drive business goals.Facilitate divisional new hire orientation, ensuring a smooth and engaging introduction to the company culture and values.Facilitate leadership and training initiatives across the country, driving a division-wide growth mindset.Deliver training programs in various formats—virtual, in-person, and hybrid to maximize accessibility and engagement.Support the creation and continuous improvement of training materials, emphasizing learner-focused approaches and knowledge retention.Collect and evaluate learner feedback to drive continuous improvements and enhance the effectiveness of future training programs.Support the management of training projects, as needed.Work closely with leadership to ensure alignment and consistency in training standards, processes, and delivery methods.Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in training and facilitation.25%-30% travel required.WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
A minimum of 2 years of experience in training or human resources, preferably within the hospitality, event, or venue industry.A minimum of 2 years in facilitation and instructional design.Advanced Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Webinar Platforms, E-learning Software skills. Experience working with Articulate is a plus.A proven track record in developing and implementing highly effective training programs.Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.Experience as a training facilitator having a track record of impactful and effective program delivery to business audiences for instructor-led classes and webinars.Ability to collaborate with leadership on departmental training initiatives.Strong attention to detail and advanced preparation. Superior organizational skills are a must.Ability to multi-task and handle several projects at one time both individually and through cross functional teams.Knowledge of assessment techniques to evaluate learner understanding.Understanding of learning theories to inform training design and delivery.Self-starter and always proactive with ability to work in a remote environment.BENEFITS & PERKS

The expected compensation for this position is:
$64,000.00 USD - $80,000.00 USD** Pay is based on a number of factors including market location, qualifications, skills, and experience.
