Skills and Requirements -LNA and RF switch design and verification using cadence tool. -Generate RF and switch top verification bench using cadence -Use various extraction methods like PEX, EMX to optimize the RFIC design -Communicate investigation, design, analysis results using XL sheets, power point slides during design reviews -BSEE and 5 years experience required, MSEE preferred -Familiar with using Cadence virtuoso with experience in schematic editing --Demonstrated experience and knowhow of using Spectre, APS, AFS, EMX -Familiar with Hierarchy Editor -Knowledge to deal with convergence issues -Experience with Smith chart, load and source pulling, RF matching, transmission lines in both simulation -Familiar with the different analysis types including but not limited to S Parameter, Harmonic Balance, Transient, AC, DC -Ability to sort through data and present data in a concise manner -MS plus 2 years' experience designing RFIC SOI -LNAs and RF high power switches -Familiar with lab equipment such as Spectrum analyzer, Network analyzer, Signal generator, ----Oscilloscopes, DC power supply, etc. Familiarity with taking lab measurements like Gain, Noise Figure, Harmonics, IP3, etc. -In depth experience with Cadence tools, EMX, HFSS -In depth RF systems level knowledge null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
