Pay

$22.06 – $23.44 / hour, depending on experience and qualifications
Plus $2.00 / hr shift premium for 3rd shift hours

Job Summary

McKee Foods is seeking a Load Team Member w/LTO to join our Shipping team. A Load Team Member w/LTO loads cases of product to fill distributor orders; operates components of shipping automation; loads and unloads transferred product; maintains a clean and orderly work area, keeps waste to a minimum; and performs other duties as needed.

Required Qualifications

Possession of, or ability to obtain, a McKee Foods LTO license and maintain it.Flexibility to perform a variety of tasks and functions as needed.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.Self-motivated with a high degree of initiative and the ability to work independently.Basic math skills.Effective written and verbal communication skills for interacting with management, coworkers, and customers.Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.Ability to repetitively lift and move up to 40 lbs.Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify cause and effect.Basic computer skills or willingness to learn.Good work ethic, safety practices, and attendance; adherence to company policies, personal safety, food safety, product purity, and departmental procedures.Steel-toed safety shoes required.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and assist in training and development of others.Availability to work additional hours and days as needed.
