Miller Brother Staffing in Reading, PA has the immediate need for Loaders for 1st and 2nd shift.  

Pay Rate – $19/hour

Shift:    Monday – Friday
1st:  6:30am-3pm
2nd:  3pm-11:30pm

3 most important things: Seeking candidates with experience working in manufacturing Seeking candidates that are reliable to show up to work each day Any experience with loading preferred
Job Description/Duties Responsible for loading  steel and other materials into fixtures accurately for welders to work on Ensure materials are properly aligned and secured in fixtures Operate forklifts, cranes, and other material handling equipment
Requirements: Reliable transportation Past production-based experience in manufacturing environments Past material handling experience Strong attention to detail Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications Physical Demands:  Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds.  Must be able to squat, bend, twist, kneel, and stand for duration of shift.
