An icon in the Miami Beaches, located near Sunny Isles, this beachside hotel brings a new era of luxury, with celebrated dining and a world-class spa, to its Surfside shores.

Join Our Team 

The Dock Master Responsible for the facilitation, safety, security and maintenance of the Loading Dock. Manages building access for all contractors and vendors.

Ensure the safety and security of the dock area. Supervise the loading, unloading, and parking for all contractors and vendors. Ensure all employees, vendors, and contractors adhere to loading dock rules, safety requirements and regulations. Report violators to appropriate Department heads.

Coordinate with Security delivery schedules for hotel, residential and retail clients. Manage building access for vendors, contractors and other entities doing business with Four Seasons Hotel & Residences at The Surf Club.

Maintain and secure all dock equipment. Ensure proper maintenance and repairs are completed.

Maintain all necessary records including; Loading Dock Logs, Daily Checklists, etc.

Assist with checking materials received against invoices/packing slips and notes breakage and discrepancies in quantity or quality.
