What you'll do:

Loan Administrators are responsible for completing all the tasks involved with closing commercial loans for a variety of loan products offered by the Bank, including Commercial Credit Cards, Commercial & Industrial, asset based lending, and small business administration. You will serve as the liaison with many internal and external parties including the Lending Origination Officer, Borrower, Documentation, Compliance, Credit Administration, and Loan Servicing.
Loan Administrators work with the Lending Origination Officer to gather the appropriate documentation and collateral from the Borrower, verifying documents and researching information to prepare closing documents. Works with partners to resolve any issues or obstacles to closing with appropriate parties. Confirms all loans are closed in compliance with Company procedures and relevant regulations.

What we are looking for:

Processes credit requests prepared by Lending Origination Officers and prepares loan packages for review by Documentation, Compliance, and the Lending Origination Officer. Assists Lending Origination Officers in the review and renewal of credit facilities. Ensures loan submissions comply with bank policies and procedures, and that completed loan documentation is accurate and properly maintained.Books and disburses the loan; ensures all fees are properly and fully collected at closing; Follow up on post-closing exceptions and receipt of original signed documents, if applicable. Responsible for transmittal of credit card package to QC Compliance, Boarding, if applicable and Credit Card Services.Ensures UCC filings and/or Pledged accounts, if applicable, are researched to determine credit worthiness and appropriate collateral positioning are achieved.

What you need to have:

High school diploma or equivalent and one (1) or more years of   Loan Administration, Lending and/or Deposit Sales, or other financial industry experienceEntry level to intermediate knowledge of general banking operations, including deposit operations, loan administration, treasury management and/or other commercial banking products and services. Entry level to intermediate knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices.Proficient in multitasking in a team-oriented environment and focused on the highest standards of client serviceStrong Communication skills, especially speaking and listening skills

Compensation: Hourly range for new hires is generally $31.94 - $39.46 for Las Vegas, NV. Salary amount is determined by specific job location. In addition, the role may be eligible for annual bonus/incentives earned.
