Loan Closer - Support
Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Loan Closer - Support in SCHAUMBURG, Illinois, 60173-2234, United States. The job function involves processing customer applications, maintaining accurate customer records, and resolving customer inquiries in the banking industry. You will also be responsible for monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate action. Responsibilities: • Proactively monitor pipelines to ensure that the closing SLAs are met • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients by responding promptly and effectively to all forms of communication (both via phone and email) • Verify all data for accuracy, including borrower and sellers names, property information, lock information, and escrow information • Review and compare last disclosed Loan Estimate (LE) to Closing Disclosure (CD) to determine if a valid change of circumstance has occurred • Prepare and provide the initial CD to the customer • Ensure the KMS final CD matches the title company CD (including payee names, addresses, contact information etc.) • Communicate with Loan Officer regarding CD, delivery and signature requirements, final CD notification etc • Prepare accurate closing documents for loan files in accordance with investor guidelines and loan type • Verify all underwriting conditions are met • Monitor all hybrid closings and confirm documents have been e-signed for closing • Request wires from accounting for all closings • Ensure error free documentation prior to releasing funding authorization • Assist with post closing deficiencies • Utilize CRM and Adobe Acrobat in managing customer data • Comply with banking regulations and adhere to bank relations guidelines • Assist in closing processes and ensure adherence to compliance standards • Handle customer inquiries in a call center customer service environment • Use Automated Underwriting System for data processing and appraisals. Requirements • Must possess proficiency in 3m Coding • Demonstrated experience with Adobe Acrobat is necessary • Familiarity with Automated Underwriting System is required • Proficiency in CRM is essential • Must have experience in Data Processing • Experience in Appraisals is a must • Must possess skills in Bank Relations • Experience in Call Center Customer Service is necessary • Familiarity with Closing Processes is required • Must have knowledge and experience in Compliance Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
