Kforce has a client that is seeking a Loan/Mortgage/Credit Specialist in Charlotte, NC. Overview: The CS should be able to calculate ineligibles and reconcile collateral to aging's, perpetual and financial statements or ledgers. Collateral Specialists should also have an effective and regular line of communication with the Credit Risk Manager on assigned accounts, and alert them to any unusual trends observed in performing routine job duties. Other duties and special projects may be assigned by management. From a Business Management perspective, the role will work closely with the Group Manager in building out an activity tracker for deal staffing, as well as general executive document preparations, assisting the Collateral Excellence Lead with performance management tool development and procedure library building, and working with the Product Owner team to develop executive management reporting.
