Familiar in origination and underwriting guidelines of all types of mortgage loans. Knowledgeable in Conventional, FHA, VA, and Texas bond loan guidelines.

Job Summary:

Assists loan officers in completing FHA, VA, and Conventional loan applications, preparing the loan for automated approval, and submission to processing.  This position will carry a small pipeline for the right individual.  Applicants MUST be licensed and ready to originate as needed.
