Loan Operation Analyst

Summary: 

The Loan Operations Analyst/Account Management Analyst Performs reviews of consumer lines of credit to determine if account should be blocked due to credit deterioration. Ensures compliance with established bank policies, guidelines and regulatory requirements. Accurately reviews account history, credit reports and customer relationships. Completes these duties within the Account Management service level agreements (SLAs) and commitment to customer service. Utilizes a high degree of independence in solving problems and making decisions. Works within established lending authorities and exception guidelines, with complex or unusual situations being discussed with manager. Ensures duties are carried out in an efficient and cost-effective manner.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:  

30% Productivity: Meets productivity goals within established time frames (measured by Service Level Agreements and/or OE). 30% Service Quality: Provides excellent customer service and meets quality/accuracy standards (measured by Service Level Agreements, customer feedback, error reports) 20% Lives our company values, embraces change and ensures an inclusive, positive work climate.  20% Responsible for assessing risk and complies with all policies and procedures.

Areas of responsibility include: 

Accurately reviews line of credit accounts to determine account status and payment history Analyzes credit report to determine tradeline status and payment history Reviews customer loan and deposit relationship to quantify length and amount of customer relationship Responsible for all other duties as assigned.

Policy/Guidelines/Regulations/Law/Compliance/Audit/Legal/Product:

Applies appropriate lending authority per consumer lending authority matrix Has overall knowledge of Credit Policy/Guidelines Achieves quality control and data integrity targets Ensures adverse action letters are completed accurately Recommends updates and changes to policy/guidelines/procedures Understanding of various consumer or commercial loan documents, procedures, policies, and regulations. Knowledge of consumer loans preferred. Familiarity with loan and servicing systems such as FDR, ALS, ARX, BPM and SharePoint.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

High school diploma or GED required College degree preferred Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel, and Outlook) Bachelor’s degree preferred or high school diploma with some operations experience. Experience preferred in financial industry or consumer or commercial lending.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with or without the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards. Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards

Monday - Friday 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
