You will play a key part in supporting the coordination and processing of loan documentation, ensuring that all transactions are executed smoothly and accurately. Key Responsibilities: * Collaboration: Initiate and facilitate collaboration across multiple teams to interpret loan documentation effectively for the accurate processing of new deals * Payment Coordination: Own the coordination of principal and fee-related closing payments, ensuring timely processing and compliance with agreements * Documentation Management: Maintain accountability for gathering all required documentation prior to deal closings, working closely with Transaction Coordinators and other partners * Pipeline Management: Actively manage and prioritize a pipeline of assigned transactions to ensure deadlines are met and workflow remains efficient * Exception Reporting: Govern and reconcile exception reports related to recently closed transactions, identifying, and resolving discrepancies * Amendment Analysis: Analyze amendments made to existing agreements or deal structures and effectively communicate any changes to account managers * Data Accuracy: Consistently provide accurate data and maintain a low-quality control error rate in all transactions
