Loan Operations Clerk

FlexStaff is seeking a Loan Operations Clerk for our client, a full service banking institution. In this role you would be responsible for properly maintaining mortgage loan documents throughout their lifecycle.
This is a temporary (3 month) assignment.
Responsibilities:
Prepare, scan, and perform quality checks on documents and images, ensuring compliance Collaborate effectively to manage the transmittal of documents Maintain accurate and complete files by researching and validating any missing or incomplete information. Maintain batch records and reports to enhance operational efficiency and accountability. Adhere to departmental service level objectives, procedures, and operating systems while executing assigned tasks. Monitor and manage work queues, as well as departmental email inboxes, to ensure all documents are processed in a timely manner. Review and prepare mortgage and home equity loan files for long-term retention, ensuring compliance with third-party document and shipping requirements.Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent Proven experience in document management, imaging, or administration, preferably in a financial or legal setting. Strong attention to detail and analytical skills to ensure the accuracy of documentation. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively. Proficient in using document imaging software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant technology. Strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders. Familiarity with Record Retention Schedule Policies and compliance guidelines is a plus.*Additional Salary Detail
