You will strive to exceed client expectations through timely fulfillment of requests while mitigating potential risks. **Job Responsibilities:** + Facilitate loan closing for Equipment Finance transactions through documentation preparation and collateral review. + Ensure compliance with credit and asset conditions, resolving issues during transactions. + Identify process gaps, recommend solutions, and lead process improvement projects. + Independently manage workflow and coordinate with team members to meet SLAs. + Communicate frequently with deal team members regarding transaction status. + Handle complex transactions with minimal supervision, applying critical thinking. + Mentor junior team members on processes and deal experiences. + Demonstrate creative problem-solving and sound judgment. **Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:** + Bachelor's Degree or 5+ years of experience in equipment financing. + Advanced knowledge of the loan closing process for Equipment Finance. + Flexibility and adaptability to changing conditions and priorities. + Excellent verbal and written communication skills. + Strong knowledge of LeasePak or similar loan systems. + Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. + Ability to work independently and solve problems in a fast-paced environment. **Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:** + Experience in mentoring and guiding junior team members. + Demonstrated ability to lead process improvement initiatives. + Strong relationship-building skills across teams..
