Loan Portfolio Assistant Salt Lake City, UT Job Type Part-time Description Solutions Financial Services is a lending company that finances equipment and working capital for businesses in Utah and the surrounding states. **Job Description:** + This is a part-time position that has the potential of transitioning to full-time + Position is 20 hours/week, flexible 4 hours per day, Monday-Friday between 8AM–5PM + Assist the GM with the management of the loan portfolio + Includes both sales and loan administration responsibilities + Pay dependent on experience + Position may close without notice + Starting Pay $18 and up depending on experience. + This job has the potential to work into full time. **Responsibilities Include:** + Work safely at all times + Contact customers, review accounts and identify needs + Process rate sheet adjustments + Track transactions in company bank account + Assist with loan renewals- calculate loan payments + Set up new customers for text reminders and ACH payments + Manage lien perfections, UCC filings and titled assets + Manage customers’ insurance (collecting mail and contacting insurance agents) + Run reports on scheduled and processed ACH payments + Run late fee reports + Apply NSF fees to loans + Organize and manage electronic and physical loan files + Contact customers when payments are past due and for renewals + Assist with software implementation + Provide loan officer support + Complete other tasks as assigned **Required Qualifications:** + 1 plus years of experience in a related roll with a business emphasis preferably in finance + Candidate should be a self-starter, a self-motivated team player, and able to perform responsibilities with little supervision + Excellent verbal and written communication skills + Financial acumen + Detail oriented __________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Equal Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities The contractor will not discharge or in any other manner discriminate against employees or applicants because they have inquired about, discussed, or disclosed their own pay or the pay of another employee or applicant.
