Loan Processing Supervisor

Insight Global is hiring for a Loan Processing Supervisor to join one of the largest homebuilding companies across the country in their Mortgage division. You will be managing and supporting a team of 6-8 Loan Processors providing support to customers who have secured their Mortgage through our client and help ensure the operational efficiency and accuracy of all the loan filings for the division. By utilizing your leadership skills and your experience in Loan Processing, customer service and customer satisfaction skills you will help ensure that the processing team is operating at its highest capacity.
Responsibilities include:
- Oversee and lead a team of 6-8 loan processors and their day-to-day operations.
- Provide training, coaching, feedback, and support to the processing team, growing each individuals skills and helping them reach their career aspirations by building their skillset.
- Ensure that the processing team is hitting the key performance indicators and milestones as it relates to processing loans on-time, with accuracy, and helping to coordinate closing paperwork.
- Manage customer and internal colleague escalations as necessary with an emphasis on customer satisfaction and problem remediation.
- Work alongside branch leadership to develop promotional paths, goals for the team, and future state ideas for the operations of the processing team. The salary for this position ranges from 65,000 to 95,000 based on experience.
