Job Purpose or Objective(s): Supports the application process for Home Finance Services in order to assist Tribal members and Native American families achieve homeownership. 

Primary Tasks: 

Intake and input all incoming applications and ensure completeness of application and supporting documents Manage office activities for Loan Officers, Assistant Director, and Director.   Organize and expedite flow of work from receipt of application to disbursement to loan officers.   Maintain highly confidential files and records.   Verify all submitted information on the application is accurate and correct.   Prepare monthly reports for Assistant Director and Director Greet guests and answer all incoming calls. Develop a good working relationship with applicants. Correspond frequently with applicants, both verbally and written. Perform other duties as may be assigned. 

Required Education, Skills and Experience:  

MINIMUM 

High School Diploma or GED  

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook,  and Power Point 

Excellent written and oral communication skills  

Two years of administrative office experience 

TARGET 

High School Diploma or GED  

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook,  and Power Point 

Superior written and oral communication skills  

Four years of administrative office experience
