This hybrid position allows for the flexibility of remote work while still offering in-person collaboration. **Job Responsibilities:** + **Loan Document Processing** : Ensure mortgage loan documentation and lien perfection comply with bank policies, delivering accurate and timely work. + **Review & Research** : Assess loan documents for accuracy, ensure timely delivery, and eliminate any potential rework through thorough research. + **Collaboration** : Work alongside Client Managers, Credit and Portfolio Officers, legal teams, and other internal support units to ensure smooth loan transactions. + **File Management** : Design and maintain an organized filing system to assist with financial bookings and loan funding. + **Documentation Management** : Process, scan, and track loan documentation, ensuring accurate access control. + **Archiving & Inventory** : Archive outdated files in accordance with retention standards and maintain an updated inventory of loan documentation. + **Physical Requirements** : Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. **Required Qualifications:** + **Experience:** Minimum 1+ year of experience in the financial industry, mortgage experience is preferred. + **Skills:** + Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. + Experience with document scanning. + Ability to manage deadlines and multi-task effectively. + Knowledge of Loan IQ Plus is a plus. + **Physical Requirements:** Ability to lift 30 lbs. **Why Join Us?** + **Career Growth:** This is a great opportunity to grow your career with one of the largest financial institutions globally. + **Networking:** Build connections and collaborate with experienced professionals. + **Work-Life Balance:** Hybrid work model to allow flexibility while maintaining productivity.
