The right candidate will serve as a loan product helpdesk, manage assigned investor relationships and lead teams to launch new loan product offerings. *Essential Duties and Responsibilities*include the following. Other duties may be assigned. * Serve as a product helpdesk * Research new products and investors * Oversee new investor approval as well as new product and investor roll-outs * Create loan product codes and identify closing documents and add them to Loan Origination Software (LOS) * Complete assigned agency/investor re-certifications * Maintain a company-wide product database * Oversee orientation training for new Mortgage Loan Originators and processors * Notify company of agency guideline changes * Train new members of the Loan Product Department * Conducts all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the company * Ability to occasionally travel overnight *Education and/or Experience* * High school diploma or general education degree (GED) * Three to five years of mortgage industry experience in a production or related role * Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written oral form or via DRH applications * Proficiency with MS Office and email * Ability to sit for majority of 8-hour workday; use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear.
