Pay Range: $92,198.00 - $123,077.00
Project Manager for regional and line of business loan reviews. Review all types of loans with focus on large or complex commercial credits to assess loan quality and credit administration. Summarize findings and conclusions in draft loan review reports. Mentor less experienced loan review officers. Helps identify emerging risk credits by conducting portfolio analysis on loans that originate under the Officers Loan Committee threshold and serves as the Reg. O Officer for the Bank. The position reports directly to the Director of Loan Review.
Education and Experience:
+ Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting or related field – MBA or CPA preferred
+ Ten years in loan review, commercial lending or credit analysis
+ Graduate of a formal credit-training program offered through a major national/regional bank or industry organization (eg , RMA) preferred Prior supervisory experience
Skills and Abilities:
+ Strong accounting and credit analysis background.
+ Strong oral and written communication skills.
+ Strong management and leadership skills.
+ Ability to use various computer programs and bank accounting system.
+ Understanding of economics, general business/commercial finance and accounting.
+ Legal knowledge of lending practices.
+ Knowledge of federal banking regulations.
Unique Job Characteristics and Requirements:
Solid understanding of regulatory risk grades and credit policy.
Tasks Performed:
+ 50% Review all types of loans with focus on large or complex commercial credits to assess loan quality and credit administration.
+ 25% Conducts reviews of loans that are originated under the Officers Loan Committee threshold. Analyzes industry concentrations within the portfolio and recommends revisions based upon regulatory expectations. Provides support to Municipal Finance in the area of analysis and risk assessment.
+ 15% Serves as the Bank’s Regulation O Officer. Responsibilities to include monitoring of compliance with regulation, reporting, updating listing of related interests and provide guidance to the lenders.
+ 5% Other duties as assigned.
+ 5% Train, develop and mentor assigned staff, acts as a resource regarding lending, loan policy or regulatory issues.

+ Communicate effectively with internal and/or external customers
+ Stationary 75% of time or greater
+ Move Objects to Maximum 10 lbs
