We are looking for a a talented Accounting Clerk for our Corporate Loan Servicing office in beautiful Coeur d'Alene, ID. The Acounting Clerk, under general supervision, performs duties related to the servicing of SBA, Commercial and Consumer loans. Prepare various reports for auditors, management and the Board of Directors as assigned. This is a Full Time position which will be scheduled 40 hours a week. Hourly rate DOE $17.10 + DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Work various exception reports. 2. Balance all loan general ledger accounts for daily, weekly, and monthly certifications. 3. Process all E-Oscar credit reporting corrections on the system and retain data for audit. 4. Process all charged off loans, risk rate downgrades, partial charge offs and OREO loans. 5. Process 1502 Daily and Monthly reporting reconciliations and special projects as assigned. 6. Assist Consumer/Commercial/SBA Loan Servicing Departments with other duties as assigned. About You REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma A minimum of one year related experience with some 1502 reporting experience KNOWLEDGE, SKILL, ABILITY: Ability to work in a professional manner. Ability to work quickly and accurately. Ability to understand and follow written and oral instructions. Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing. Computer experience with intermediate Excel and Word skills Ability to set goals, manage time, adjust to changes and maintain priorities. Excellent attention to detail. Self-starter with ability to work well under pressure Must be able to work independently with little supervision WORK ENVIRONMENT: Must be able to routinely perform work indoors in climate-controlled shared work area with minimal noise. Must be capable of climbing / descending stairs in an emergency situation. Specific lifting abilities required by this job include: Sedentary work. Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally and all other sedentary criteria are met. Specific vision abilities required by this job include: The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading; visual inspection involving small defects, small parts, and/or operation/inspection of machines and/or using measurement devices at distances close to the eyes.
