RESPONSIBILITIES:
Uses general and/or operational knowledge in support of business processes and services, including the review of loan documents, administration of system maintenance, problem research, investigations, Audit and Compliance support, and general data analysis.
Assists Commercial Lending Staff with the assessment of internally prepared and attorney-prepared documents to ensure adherence with basic documentation requirements, proper loan approval, and the Bank’s Loan Policy and Procedures. After satisfactory review, communicates to Commercial Lending Staff, that loan documents are ready for closing and in compliance.
After the loan is complete, S/He completes the commercial loan process by archiving all commercial loan documents into United’s Integrated Banking System.
Knowledgeable about software products and services used in the department; capable of assisting users, performing maintenance functions, and trouble-shooting problems.

Sitting for extended periods of time. Sufficient dexterity of hands and fingers to efficiently operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and other computer components.
