Loan Syndications Analyst - Summer 2025

To learn more about CIBC, please visit CIBC.com (https://www.cibc.com/en/about-cibc.html) The Loan Syndications Analyst will be responsible for co-lender and borrower data management during all stages of the loan syndication process as well as reporting, templates management, and shared drive organization. This role supports both the Commercial Real Estate and Commercial & Industrial syndications teams. The ideal professional for this highly analytical and detail-oriented role is a resourceful self-starter with a familiarity of debt/credit structuring. **What You'll Be Doing:** + Administering and launching data room sites (via SyndTrak) for CIBC-led syndications; + Producing reports for internal use, external data sharing, submission to senior management and various auditors; + Creating and maintaining templates, suggesting improvements and efficiencies where prudent; + Ensuring that electronic files are kept in an organized, updated, and user-friendly structure with standardized naming conventions; + Organizing bank meeting logistics; + Special projects. **Who You Are:** + 3.25 GPA minimum + Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Finance, Economics or Accounting + Clear, concise and confident business writing and oral communication skills + Detail and process oriented + Meets deadlines with a sense of urgency + Ability to effectively interact with and influence a wide variety of personalities and working styles + **You put our clients first.** You engage with purpose to find the right solutions.
