**Job Title: Loaner/Returns Inspector** **Job Description** As a Loaner/Returns Inspector, you will be responsible for inspecting loaner sets for completeness and adherence to the loaner inspection procedures. Your duties will include verifying the loaner set is complete with no missing or broken parts, ensuring all paperwork is accurate and complete, and receiving, cleaning, inspecting, decontaminating, entering, and reprocessing returns and loaners. You will also assist in inventory management, track and document all deficiencies, and maintain accurate documentation per departmental procedures. Conduct all activities in a safe and efficient manner while adhering to company policies and compliance with applicable laws and regulations. **Responsibilities** + Inspect loaner sets for completeness and adherence to inspection procedures. + Verify that loaner sets are complete with no missing or broken parts. + Ensure all paperwork is accurate and complete. + Receive, clean, inspect, decontaminate, enter, and reprocess returns and loaners. + Assist in inventory management. + Track and document all deficiencies. + Maintain accurate documentation per departmental procedures. + Conduct all activities in a safe and efficient manner. + Adhere to company Code of Conduct, AdvaMed Code, MedTech Code, and all other company policies. + Ensure compliance with applicable governmental laws, rules, and regulations by completing training and maintaining knowledge of compliance. + Represent the company in a professional manner and uphold the highest standards of ethical business practices and socially responsible conduct in all interactions. **Essential Skills** + Inspection + Production + General labor + Assembly + Quality control + 1-2 years of experience preferred, but not required **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Excellent organizational skills + High attention to detail + Excellent verbal and written communication skills + Data entry skills with knowledge of MS Excel and Outlook + Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities + Ability to follow and comply with safety and quality procedures **Why Work Here?** You will join a supportive and innovative environment where you can grow professionally. The facility is extremely clean and temperature controlled. The shift is from 11am to 7:30pm, Monday to Friday.
