As well as assisting with other various responsibilities within Stryker’s Loaner Operations.** + Direct involvement in inspection process of spinal surgical sets + Every returning surgical set must be inspected and inventoried, in comparison to surgical part list within system + Utilize basic math to review part numbers, lot numbers, and quantities within each set + Escalate any missing parts or issues timely + May unload daily shipments of incoming surgical sets and help with precautionary cleaning/decontamination + Meet work schedule and meet overtime requirements, including weekends + Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs throughout shift **What you need:** + High School or GED **Preferred** + Manufacturing Experience **Preferred** + Ability to follow detailed work instructions, collect data, work independently and have a strong sense of responsibility, Preferred + Ability to calculate figures and apply concepts of basic math, Preferred Health benefits include: Medical and prescription drug insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, critical illness insurance, accident insurance, hospital indemnity insurance, personalized healthcare support, wellbeing program and tobacco cessation program.
