Lobby Ambassador Job ID 195400 Posted 04-Dec-2024 Service line Advisory Segment Role type Full-time Areas of Interest Administrative, Property Management Location(s) New York - New York - United States of America, New York City - New York - United States of America **About the Role:** As a CBRE Lobby Ambassador, you will act as the first point of engagement with customers and visitors alike, creating a warm, supportive and service-oriented atmosphere that enhances the experience. This position is onsite in New York, NY. **What You’ll Do:** + Welcome and communicate with tenants any clients, applicants, and visitors. + Provide employee/tenant-facing workplace services and front-of-house reception including but not limited to greeting visitors in a warm and welcoming manner, answering and directing calls, assisting with transportation, wayfinding, advising on local attractions and other service-based or administrative tasks as assigned. + Responsible for responding promptly with accurate and thorough information according to the specific requests from tenants, employees and visitors. + Provides personal services to tenants/employees and guests including but not limited to office wayfinding, lobby appearance management, visitor volume tracking & reporting, reception services, visitor refreshments, storytelling & campus tours, tenant building inductions, guest & administrative support. + Maintain vendor services including transportation sources, accommodations, and referral contacts. May arrange convenience/hospitality services for guests such as transportation, tickets, reservations, umbrella, charger and ancillary services hire etc. + Support meeting and events tasks if applicable as assigned. May assist with scheduling, stocking and coordinating setup conference/meetings rooms, arranging for meeting equipment (i.e. projectors, video/web conferencing), ensuring equipment is in good operating condition for events, coordinating catering, securing approvals for catering expenses and reviews invoices to arrange billing to appropriate department or business unit. **What You'll Need:** To perform this job successfully, an individual will need to perform each crucial duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions. + High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job-related experience. + Bachelor's degree or professional hospitality accreditations preferred. + Front Desk, Concierge, customer service or other hospitality experience is preferred. + Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work. + Communication skills to exchange straightforward information. + Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. + Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset. + Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future. CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Workplace Experience Coordinator position is $45,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Workplace Experience Coordinator position is $52,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
