**Job Description**
We are seeking a Lobby Services/CTD Supervisor to join our team at Swedish Hospital. Main function includes to supervise employees to ensure that established standards and processes of the Lobby Services and Central Transportation Department are being maintained. This position coordinates the flow of patients, guest, and visitors by providing accurate information, problem-solving matters in the moment, and responding to a variety of needs. This position also requires cross-training to support the daily operations related to the Central Transport Department. All of which requires high-quality customer service and a professional approach.

**Job Responsibilities**
+ Maintains friendly, efficient, positive customer service attitude toward customers, clients and co-workers. Is responsive to customer needs.
+ Assists with scheduling of employees, ensures schedules are accurately entered into Kronos in a timely fashion.
+ Assists with training of Lobby and CTD staff as appropriate and required.
+ Complies with all hospital emergency response procedures and processes.
+ Counsels and disciplines employees as required.
+ May be asked to assist with annual performance appraisals
+ Assists with tracking all employee training and in-services as appropriate and required.
+ Responds and follows-up on all customer complaints. Requests assistance from CTD/Lobby Services Assistant Manager and CTD/Lobby Services Senior Manager as appropriate.
+ Demonstrates a high level of professionalism, is proactive, and highly visible. Maintains confidentiality and secures patient information as required by HIPAA.
+ Dresses in designated uniform and adhering to proper hygiene when reporting to work and performing job duties.

+ Position prefers a high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
+ A minimum of 2 years? supervisory experience in related field preferred.
+ Must be able to communicate in the English language.
+ Ability to communicate (both verbal and written) effectively.
+ Ability to use phone functions.
+ Ability to use computer functions.
+ Ability to work well under time constraints.
+ Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed, but uninvolved written or oral instructions.

This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective equipment (PPE).
